We work with two wonderful factories based out in India. Zipline and Assisi Garments. Assisi make our beautiful, soft cotton knit garments and Zipline produce our woven garments (our shorts).
Both factories run ethical supply chains and only work with conscious fabrics and acccessories. All our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, of which our knit garments are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified.
How lucky are we!
Conscious dyes
We use azo-free dyes on all of our garments, which don't contain harmful, toxic or carcinogenic compounds, so are an awesome solution for little folk with sensitive skin. Plus it means there are no harmful chemicals released into the environment during the production process.
Zipline also do small production batches of hand-dyed fabrics using eco-friendly plant-based dyes.
Social causes
Both factories also believe in giving back to the local community through social causes.
Assisi uses sales profit to contribute to various charity works, including an orphanage, a cancer patient clinic, a center for AIDS patients, and a hospice.
Zipline work with MAD (Madras Association of the Deaf), to provide soft-skills training and a safe rehabilitative workplace to learn soft-skills for vulnerable people with past trauma.
